1. Agreement
By downloading, accessing, purchasing, or using NO. – Call Them Out ("NO."), you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. What NO. does
NO. uses automated systems, including artificial intelligence, to help explain bills, invoices, price increases, fees, subscriptions, contracts, warranties, notices, and similar material. Standard scans provide a quick verdict and next move. Premium scans may provide deeper analysis, savings math when supported by the document, a personalized clean NO. reaction, a ready-to-send message, a call script, and fallback steps.
3. Important limits
NO. provides informational assistance only. It is not a lawyer, accountant, financial adviser, insurance professional, or other licensed professional, and its output is not legal, financial, tax, insurance, or professional advice. Automated analysis can be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. You are responsible for reviewing the original document, checking important dates and amounts, and deciding what action to take. Do not rely on NO. for emergencies, court deadlines, cancellation deadlines, safety decisions, or other high-stakes matters without qualified professional help.
4. Your content and responsibilities
You keep ownership of content you submit. You grant NO. a limited permission to host, transmit, process, reproduce, and format that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the requested service and to meet legal obligations. You represent that you have the right to submit the content.
You agree not to upload content that is illegal, malicious, infringing, or designed to compromise another person’s privacy or security. Do not use NO. to impersonate someone, harass others, commit fraud, evade lawful obligations, or generate deceptive communications.
5. Purchases, subscriptions, and NO+
Purchases are processed by Apple through StoreKit and are subject to Apple’s applicable purchase terms. Current listed pricing is $12.99 per month for NO+ Monthly and $99.99 per year for NO+ Yearly, subject to the price displayed in the App Store at the time of purchase.
NO+ includes unlimited Standard analyses, no rewarded ads, and the applicable Premium-analysis allowance shown in the app for the selected plan. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your Apple account settings before renewal. Apple handles billing, cancellation, and eligible refund requests under its policies.
6. Consumable credits
If NO. offers consumable analysis credits, the quantity, type, price, and any use limitations shown in the app at purchase control. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred. Apple handles eligible refund requests under its policies. Keep your purchase receipt and review the in-app disclosure before buying; unused credits remain subject to that disclosure and applicable law.
7. Ads and third-party services
NO. may offer rewarded ads through Google AdMob. NO. also relies on services such as OpenAI, RevenueCat, Apple StoreKit, and hosted backend/database providers. Their availability and processing may affect the service, and your use of their features may also be governed by their terms.
8. Availability and changes
NO. may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary. Continuous, error-free availability is not guaranteed. Pricing or plan features may change prospectively, with notice where required. Existing App Store subscriptions remain subject to Apple’s billing and notice rules.
9. Intellectual property
NO., its branding, software, design, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for your own content and rights expressly granted by these Terms, no rights are transferred to you. You may not copy, reverse engineer, scrape, resell, or exploit the service except as permitted by law.
10. Suspension and termination
NO. may restrict or end access when reasonably necessary to protect the service or others, investigate misuse, comply with law, or enforce these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time. Ending use does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription; subscriptions must be managed through Apple.
11. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NO. is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, or a particular financial result. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NO. and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost savings, lost profits, lost data, or decisions made in reliance on generated output. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by applicable law, without limiting any non-waivable consumer rights. A dispute may be brought in a court or other forum with lawful jurisdiction unless applicable law requires another process. Before filing a formal claim, you may contact info@toohightopay.com to try to resolve the issue informally.
14. Apple-required terms
These Terms are between you and the operator of NO., not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce the applicable terms against you.
